After several months of rumors, the successor of the OnePlus 6 is already here, a smartphone that hit the market a year ago. Now, the all-new OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro not only put importance on the photographic section, but it has added the trend of the 48MP camera lens, along with the Snapdragon 855 processor and UFS 3.0 memory, to ensure excellent and fluid performance, especially in games. OnePlus 7 Highlights
The first thing that draws our attention to the OnePlus 7 is its vast 6.41-inch AMOLED screen with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution, an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, a notch in the form of a drop of water, and a fingerprint reader under the display. This fingerprint reader has a three-element lens and a larger sensor that, together with the new algorithms, promises much greater accuracy and speed in unlocking the device. The OnePlus 7 incorporates Qualcomm’s most recent and flagship chipset, of course, the Snapdragon 855 processor, a 7 nm chipset that works 45% faster and consumes 20% less energy than the Snapdragon 845. Moreover, the all-new Snapdragon 855 is accompanied by the Adreno 640 GPU, 6GB or 8GB of RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage UFS 3.0, the fastest memory available on the market. In this sense, the RAM Boost integration also stands out, a new feature that learns from our usage habits to pre-assign the RAM available for the apps that make intensive use of it, even before opening them. While on the outside, the well-known Chinese smartphone manufacturer, of course, OnePlus, has maintained the stylized design of the OnePlus 6, with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection and a smooth curve on the back cover. Moreover, it is available in Mirror Gray, a dark gray tone with a mirror finish, although in some countries, it will also be available in Red. However, if we talk about the photographic section, let me clarify that the all-new OnePlus 7 has a double rear camera 48MP & 5MP, vertically aligned in the back, and a 16MP front camera which is housed in the notch. While the front camera includes a Sony IMX471 16MP sensor with 1.0 μm pixels, an aperture of f/2.0, EIS, HDR, and 1080p video at 30 fps, the rear camera consists of a Sony IMX586 primary sensor of 48MP with an aperture of f/1.7 pixels of up to 1.6 μm and a secondary sensor of 5MP with an aperture of f/2.4. It also has UltraShot image technology, an OIS image stabilizer, HDR+, and 4K video recording support. The essential features of the all-new OnePlus 7 are complete with facial unlocking, a dual stereo speaker system with Dolby Atmos, a 3700mAh battery that is compatible with fast charging (5v 4A), and two practical features, here they are Screen Recorder and Zen Mode, which disables all the main functions of the device for 20 minutes.
